About this class

At The Little Gym, we’re all about turning playtime into quality bonding time, right in the heart of Albuquerque!

The Little Gym is basically where you go when you want to feel like you're doing something good for your kiddo's development while also getting a bit of a workout yourself - win-win, right? They're really into the whole "serious fun" thing, which sounds cheesy but actually works out pretty well because your little one gets to tumble around on safe equipment while you're doing more than just sitting on the sidelines scrolling your phone. The classes have actual structure with songs, basic gymnastics moves, and all those sensory activities with balls and bubbles that make toddlers lose their minds with excitement, but it's not so rigid that you'll stress if your kid decides today is the day they only want to roll down the same mat seventeen times. Plus you'll probably end up chatting with other parents who also thought they'd have more energy for this parenting thing, and honestly, sometimes that adult conversation is worth the class fee alone!

Parents love the way their kiddos beam with pride after mastering a new skill—seriously, those smiles are everything!

We are so thankful we found The Little Gym Albuquerque on Paseo and Golf Course. We have been members of The Little Gym for almost 2 years and we have been so happy with the overall atmosphere and values of the gym. The staff is so incredibly welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and just absolutely fantastic! The gym offers everything from parent-tot classes, to ballet, tap, hip hop, daycare, birthday parties and “parent survival nights”. Our daughter has been taking gymnastics since she was 2.5 and ballet, tap and hip hope since she’s turned 3 and it is a perfect intro where she can get an age appropriate level of the skills all while having the time of her life. Recently we tried a “Parent Survival Night” and it was such an awesome opportunity for her to be in a safe and fun environment while my husband and I enjoyed a much needed date-night! At the member price we paid $35 for 3 hours. This included fun activities for her, pizza and a movie. She was so excited to go and had so much fun! We love The Little Gym Albuquerque so much. We even booked it for her birthday party in a few weeks and can’t wait! 10:10 recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely love The Little Gym of Albuquerque! As a first-time mom, I was initially looking for mommy and me classes to do with my daughter when we found this gym. Miss Sky was always so kind and fun that after our first free class, we signed up for a membership. 2 years later, my daughter is still doing gymnastics, now on her own. All her teachers are kind, understanding, and patient. My daughter only speaks Spanish, but none of the staff belittle or mistreat her for this. I 100% recommend this place for any and all kiddos.

It’s a nice place to socialize your kids. But maybe give a heads up of what happens when you’re 2 minutes late and it’s your first time coming here. And unfortunately it happened to my husband and I and we stood around waiting for someone at the front desk when there was nobody. We were left standing like a deer in headlights because we weren’t sure what to do or where to go. Then when approaching one of the teachers she says “oh you’re late your kiddos class is that one” we had been standing waiting on where to go and no body told us anything. In the class my daughter was completely overwhelmed. There were 18 kids in that class I thought there would only be 8-10 at most but I was clearly mistaken just very disappointed and felt very judged because my daughter was miserable the whole time. We will never go again.

I've been taking my daughter here for over a month now and it is SO much fun for her and to watch her. The Teachers are excellent and are always letting you know what they are learning in class. There are large windows to see into the gym, which is great for accountability. We referred to a friend and they joined up too. HIGH recommend.
