I had a wonderful experience at this facility. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere immediately put us at ease. The staff was friendly and approachable, making both parents and children feel comfortable and valued. It was heartwarming to see happy kids running around, laughing, and engaging in the activities, which clearly fostered a positive environment. The parents also seemed content, smiling and chatting with one another, creating a sense of community. My son had an absolute blast during his session. He was visibly excited and thoroughly enjoyed every moment, which was such a relief to see. The 45-minute class was perfectly timed—not too long to tire him out, but long enough to keep him engaged and active throughout. I really appreciated how physically involved the kids were, encouraging them to move, jump, and play actively. It’s great to find a place that promotes healthy, active play in such a fun and safe setting. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to our home, making it easy to fit into our busy schedule without the hassle of long travel. Overall, I highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun, active, and welcoming environment for their children. We will definitely be returning!

Edit: they issued a new app and it is horrible. I can no longer see the pictures they take during the class and the progress timeline is also a feature they took away. The last app was much more family friendly, and the new app is cold and feels like nothing more than a payment portal. VERY disappointed. They have a great class for kids! We love having our child in this program. They have gained a lot of confidence and socialization skills. We recommend!

I recommend kids strong to everyone. It’s an amazing place to help kids, overcome, shyness and independence and more life skills. I love the way the coaches push the kids just a little, enough for them to overcome obstacles literally. I am extremely grateful that I found this place. It’ll be really good for my daughter and she loves it. My daughter is very active and always sleeps great. I noticed a difference in her confidence outside in the real world with just one class🙌🏻!

This program is everything we have been looking for. My son had a blast and can't wait to come back. The activities and the engagement and overall experience is exactly what we wanted!!! Most importantly, the coaches were amazing.They didn't dial it in and they didn't treat the kids like second class citizens or a job. They truly made the experience and if I wasn't fully exhausted, I would probably remember their names to give them credit.One of them plays football, though.Maybe both of them...

My son enjoys going to his class because of the positivity, high intensity and encouragement from his coaches! We LOVE our location and coaches!!! Wish my son could attend more than once a week!
