Jeanna & Hillary have curated a phenomenal program for both prenatal and postnatal yoga. The space is dreamy as you enter through Verde Touch Massage Studio into the yoga space. There are windows along an entire wall letting the light spill in as you practice, which I enjoy. I loved attending both of their classes during my pregnancy, as well as Casey's fantastic Saturday morning class. Now I get to bring my newborn son to share in this relaxing experience, and thus far it has been such a precious bonding experience to share with him. Each instructor offers their own personality and flavor to their class, & I sincerely enjoy the variety that each instructor brings to the program. It's a beautiful space in which to connect with other Mamas, slow down and breathe, and reconnect with my ever changing body as a Mother. Thank you Jeanna, Hillary & team!! I HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful, serene space next to the Verde Touch massage. A perfect day for me would probably start with a yoga session here, followed by a massage at VT! After a successful induction massage, I started taking my baby to post natal massage here which has been a wonderful way to motivate myself to get out of the house and connect with other people. The classes are relaxing and incorporate some pretty cute baby exercises which my babe loves :)

Jeanna is a thoughtful, kind and discerning person and this comes through in her training. Not only did we learn the physical--anatomy and appropriate techniques for teaching to pre and post natal birthgivers; but we gained insight into the socio-emotional aspect as well—things to consider like trauma or other experiences a person might be going through silently. We were also taught the lesser known history of birthgiving in the US and how that developed into the doctor-centric system we have today. She made sure we had enough practice so that we could feel confident in the skills we learned and leave the training ready to teach. She really nurtures every student and is supportive in encouraging each one’s success.
