If you are looking for a way to nurture your body during pregnancy, prepare for labor, heal and recover during postpartum, and join a wonderful, supportive community of women, look no further than Mama Flow Studio! I’ve been going to Mama Flow Studio for about a year and cannot recommend it enough. I’ve attended both prenatal and postpartum classes as well as workshops. I’ve taken many yoga classes over the years and Cat has been, hands down, my favorite instructor. Aside from being a wonderful fitness instructor, Cat has been an incredible resource always providing recommendations for doulas, pelvic floor therapists, and so much more. The space that Mama Flow Studio has created for pregnant women and mothers is such a blessing to be a part of. I’ve been able to connect with many women and create strong friendships as a result of the community that Cat has created.

I’m so grateful to have found Mama Flow Studio! Cat is incredibly knowledgeable about both pregnancy and postpartum, and her guidance has made such a difference in my journey. Her sculpt and yoga classes have helped me stay strong, physically and mentally, through all the changes. What really sets Cat apart is how she weaves in helpful tips during each fusion class—especially valuable for first-time moms like me. You can tell she genuinely cares about each student and creates such a supportive, welcoming space. This studio is a true gem for moms and moms-to-be. Highly recommend!

I discovered Mama Flow when I was 25 weeks pregnant, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. I was navigating my first pregnancy, dealing with nausea and fatigue, having to give up my boxing classes, and trying to manage work on top of it all. I knew I needed to slow down, take a breath, and find a supportive community that understood what I was going through. From the very first Prenatal Flow class, Cat welcomed me with open arms! Her warmth, support, and understanding have been a constant source of comfort. Now at 10 weeks postpartum, I'm continuing my journey with her in the Postpartum Rehab classes, and I feel stronger after every session- rebuilding my strength and reconnecting with my body. The community Cat has built is so special. It is uplifting, nurturing, and full of amazing mamas. I've even made friends with women I first met during the prenatal classes, and it’s been beautiful to continue our journey together. Cat is an incredible instructor. I'm so grateful to have found her and Mama Flow during such a transformative time in my life💛

Over the past two months, I’ve been training with Cat, who is incredibly knowledgeable about postpartum health and fitness. She provided valuable suggestions for my recovery and overall well-being. In our private sessions, she was extremely patient in correcting my posture to ensure I engaged the right muscles. She also incorporated a great variety of exercises targeting the core, upper body, and lower body, making each session both safe and effective. At first, I wasn’t sure what exercises were safe for me after giving birth, but Cat took the time to evaluate my health condition before we started, which gave me confidence in my recovery process. I struggled with pelvic floor stability before, but after working with Cat, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall body stability. Mama Flow Studio also offers prenatal exercise, and I truly wish I had trained with them during my pregnancy! If you're a new mom looking for expert guidance and a supportive environment, I highly recommend Mama Flow Studio.
