This is such a nice facility. The new paint done looks amazing, and the pool room is always warm and comfortable. My daughter hates cold water, but the pool is heated so she loves going to swim class every week.

Great all-season swim lesson facility. The pool is HEATED which is very hard to find in the winter and even when I walk my daughter out, the air in the pool room is warm. My daughter never complains about it being too cold. I would highly recommend this facility and this program. We've had a wonderful experience.

Stop until the new management figures out what they are doing. My kids have been taking classes, and last week, my 3-year-old was asked to float. The instructor wasn’t paying attention, and she was about to drown. I had to rush in to pull her out. There was no lifeguard present. I complained at the front desk, and the staff member admitted, ‘Yeah, he’s not well-trained.’ I was shocked and decided to cancel further classes because I can’t trust them anymore.

5 STARS for all coaches! But the facilities are ZERO! This place must be closed out till they renovate it again. No air circulation for inside pool, bathroom and showers are dirty and it’s just unhealthy for kids. Special thanks for Ms. Shannon that we have heard she’s leaving with Ms. Shelby and Margaret. I have two kids that signing up for past 7 years and we won’t do that again! Enough is enough!

I would give 0 stars if I could and this is because of new management. Talk about night and day from the previous people who actually knew how to run a class and teach kids. The last three weeks have been horrible. The new teachers have no idea how to teach a kid how to swim. Why they got rid of the old people I will never know. I will not be coming back here again.
