We love Y kids at Green Mountain. The staff is friendly and reliable and my kids have developed a great relationship with them. We started with Y kids in order to support our work schedule and I'm so glad we did - it has become a positive part of our kids' days.

The system to sign up for school aftercare and summer camps is incredibly cumbersome and no one communicates. No one answers the phones and email is the only way to get a response sometimes waiting several days to a week. We pulled our kids out of the school aftercare program as we saw the counselors being rude and short with other kids who were misbehaving. Then our kids ymca membership was completely cancelled without warning instead of adjusting our monthly family rate. Now we have to go in and wait in line for them to be added back on our monthly plan- We would have been happy to pay more but no option was given and we thought it was automatically adjusted. We had to get stopped at the check in desk to fill out a waiver so our kids could get into the gym but no one could fix the membership issue. They gave us a card with 3 numbers though no answer on any number. Such a clunky and family unfriendly system, the YMCA childcare is lacking positive redirection for children.
