My daughter started her private Piano lessons with Karen in March. This past 3 months, she play more advanced and it sounds so beautiful. She learned so much in 3 months than the past 2.5 years at the piano academy (out of state). Karen makes sure that she play base on her skills ability instead of following the book level. The classroom is very clean and spacious. Karen always sends a reminder for an upcoming lesson and quick response with her email. I highly recommend Windsong Musik.

Windsong Musik has been such a blessing for the families in Juneau! From the very first class, it was clear that this program is thoughtfully designed to engage little ones while nurturing their love for music. Ms. Karen is incredibly patient, energetic, and attuned to each child’s needs. It’s amazing to see my toddler's confidence grow in such a joyful, inclusive environment. The activities are developmentally appropriate, blending fun with gentle structure. I’m so grateful to have this program in our community—it’s a bright spot in our week and something my toddler looks forward to every time.

I took a family class series with my toddler and 1 year old. Karen was very helpful with setting us up in a class that fit us well. We enjoyed the series because my kids are shy and take a little while to warm up to new environments but once they did they looked forward to it every week. The classes were fun and my kids still do some of the songs at home! We look forward to going again in the future

Karen is a fun, energetic piano teacher. My son enjoyed her lessons. Teaching him to play the piano by sound before teaching him to read notes was a beautiful process to watch. The way she includes the parents and family in singing and dancing each week brought smiles to everyones faces. Thanks Karen for all you do!

Ms. Karen at Windsong Musik is the best example of what a music teacher should be. She is kind, patient, engaging, and most importantly an amazing teacher. My daughter is absolutely thriving being in her class. This new method of teaching music is so incredibly smart and so fun. It is so hands on and interactive that even I (the parent) am starting to pick up on what she’s teaching. If I learned piano the Musikgarten way when I was a kid, I definitely would still remember how to play!
