very nice environment and they keep the place so clean. very sweet pool workers who always make sure its tidy and everyone is abiding by the rules, have not had one bad experience here. overall just a great place to come to and includes so much for the price you pay!

I recently booked a pool party at Kroc Center for my three-year-old. While there were a few bumps along the way, Ms. Gale provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to assist me with a small situation. Her professionalism and kindness truly made all the difference. I’m so glad I chose this venue for such a special celebration. Highly recommend Kroc Center and their team! Thank you, Ms. Gale, for turning things around and leaving a positive impression.

I was planning to rent the indoor pool area for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. Called Gale several time, left VM but no respond. After calling for literally 2 weeks I was able to connect with her. She was very rude and short when I told her that I left her several messages to book the pool area. She sounded like I was bothering her by calling. She told me to send her an email for the date requested and she will let me know if it’s available. I sent an email same day but no respond for 3 weeks, meanwhile I sent her several emails for follow up. I called again after waiting 3 weeks and she said she was busy that’s why she get a change to respond but the dates I requested are not available and asked me to send an email other dates. So once again I sent several other dates which will work for us and once again no respond from her for another 3 weeks. After attempting to reach her via calls and email she finally responded to my email with payment request and rules for the pool but still didn’t confirmed dates with me. So at this point I sent her another email asking what day is available so I can plan the party, sent invitation, and complete the payment process. It been another month and still no respond. I also left a message for the next level up but no response from him either. This has been the worst experience.

The Kroc Center was amazing! This is the ideal place to bring the kids to burn off some energy in the pool while you do stress reduction in the workout area that overlooks the pool. They have an incredible pool with a water slide that kids love. They offer arts and crafts, an educational area and a worship area. They also have men and women's locker room areas so you can shower after your activities. An area to get a quick bite and a drink or a snack. The staff are very friendly and attentive to visitors. Augusta is lucky to have the Kroc Center. I want one in my community.
