About this class

Imagination Station Children's Museum at Hickman Park is a hidden gem for families with little ones. They've got a Sensorimotor Corner perfect for your baby's first explorations, and an Art Studio where your kiddo can get messy and creative. Plus, the Pre-Literacy Room is filled with books and dress-up costumes to spark imaginative play. It's a cozy spot where you and your child can bond over learning and fun. I know finding time for these activities can be tough, but this place makes it worth the effort.

Families appreciate the calm and organized setup, which feels more like a cozy play space than a crowded indoor play area. Parents often mention how their little ones have a blast exploring the different stations and making new friends!

This is a nice place for kids. It has two parts, one is outside play zone, and the other one is inside play zone. To enter inside, you have to register and pay. Lots of materials are available to play inside into three rooms, which really helps to think in different ways for kids . This imagination station runs by donation and volunteers work. I am recommending to go there with your kids, who are up to 6 years old.

The location was open when we arrived. To be honest, museum is a strong word for its title - it reminded me of a free play daycare center that had a desk at the front? That being said, my 5 year old kiddo had a BLAST lol we were looking for an activity to do outside of our hotel but it was chilly. This was perfect. He played at the different stations and met a few friends. They do have a separate baby area if you have younger. I'd say this is perfect for babies - 6 year Olds (no older than that). The volunteer was very kind, friendly and kept toys clean! I'd return.

I took kids i babysit and they had a blast the only downside was the volunteers who brought their kids were to focused on taking to their friends who were there and not watching their kids who were throwing toys all over the rooms and taking everything out of the house area and putting it into the baby area and didn’t stop them.

Great spot to take your kid for the park, and on days that it’s not super hot their indoors area is awesome too! Their A/C seems to be struggling with the summer heat this year, so be aware it might be a little muggy.

Such a nice and simple set up. Everything is clean and organized. It's not loud or overwhelming like many indoor play places. Great for families, homeschool groups, and they even have weighted blankets and calming jackets upon request for those with sensory issues. The park outside is great and you can ask for bikes, trikes, and scooters to ride on the present road or sidewalk. Perfect for kids of all ages and a picnic after.
