About this class

At the little gym, families in the vibrant Seattle area come together to unleash their kids' energy while building lasting memories and friendships!

The Little Gym is basically where you go when you want to feel like you're doing something good for your kiddo's development while also getting a bit of a workout yourself - win-win, right? They're really into the whole "serious fun" thing, which sounds cheesy but actually works out pretty well because your little one gets to tumble around on safe equipment while you're doing more than just sitting on the sidelines scrolling your phone. The classes have actual structure with songs, basic gymnastics moves, and all those sensory activities with balls and bubbles that make toddlers lose their minds with excitement, but it's not so rigid that you'll stress if your kid decides today is the day they only want to roll down the same mat seventeen times. Plus you'll probably end up chatting with other parents who also thought they'd have more energy for this parenting thing, and honestly, sometimes that adult conversation is worth the class fee alone!

Families love how their little ones come home buzzing with excitement, often asking to show off new moves they learned in class!

We absolutely love Little Gym Maple Leaf! We've been part of the community since my youngest and oldest were just 4 months old, and we've taken part in every class up through age 3. It's been such an amazing journey watching both of my kids grow here. A huge shoutout to Jackie, Carina, and Chris—their energy, patience, and encouragement have made such a difference. My youngest has blossomed socially and reached so many motor skill milestones thanks to their thoughtful approach and engaging activities. My oldest lives for her classes and camps—she’s always asking when she gets to go back. We've seen her come out of her shell, learn how to take turns, self-regulate, and confidently interact with kids her age (and older). The environment is warm, fun, and truly supportive (for parents too). We’re so grateful for the entire team at Little Gym Maple Leaf. Highly recommend for any family looking to support their child's growth through movement and play!

Been going to the Little Gym in Maple Leaf for several months w my toddler granddaughter and it’s been nothing but marvelous. It is a highlight of our week. It’s is fun, the gym is clean and teacher Jackie is a fabulous, enthusiastic, talented guide for the toddlers. It is never chaotic, even w 12 kids attending. Our little one has gained such bodily confidence in movement and trying new things. I highly, enthusiastically recommend this program. I’m so glad we found it.

We have been taking our grandson to Little Gym in Maple Leaf for almost 2 years and he's had a wonderful experience. It's been incredible to watch his growth from barely wanting to leave our sides to rushing into the room all on his own. He's learned to follow instructions and so many different gymnastics skills. Jackie and staff are caring and professional. Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking my son to The Little Gym’s parent/child classes since he was about 10 months old — before he could even walk — and now at 2 years old, I can really see how much it has helped him build strong gross motor skills and blossom with confidence. We’ve picked up some baby sign language during class, which has been surprisingly useful at home, and he’s also learned valuable social skills like putting toys away and waiting his turn — so important since he’s not in daycare. Attending these classes with him is truly the highlight of my week. Every teacher we’ve met is enthusiastic, patient, and genuinely cares about the kids. Teacher Jackie, the manager, is absolutely outstanding — she leads with warmth, keeps the energy high, and clearly pours her heart into making The Little Gym a joyful and successful place for families. She also organizes wonderful special events on the weekends. I also love how thoughtfully inclusive the environment is. We couldn’t be happier to be part of The Little Gym family!

Our girls absolutely love coming to the little gym! They not only get to play and learn lots of fun things to do but it has also boosted their confidence and has also helped with their social skills. The teachers have been very welcoming and wonderful with us and all the kids :).
