The Little Gym of Fayetteville, AR | Washington County, AR

About this class
The Little Gym is basically where you go when you want to feel like you're doing something good for your kiddo's development while also getting a bit of a workout yourself - win-win, right? They're really into the whole "serious fun" thing, which sounds cheesy but actually works out pretty well because your little one gets to tumble around on safe equipment while you're doing more than just sitting on the sidelines scrolling your phone. The classes have actual structure with songs, basic gymnastics moves, and all those sensory activities with balls and bubbles that make toddlers lose their minds with excitement, but it's not so rigid that you'll stress if your kid decides today is the day they only want to roll down the same mat seventeen times. Plus you'll probably end up chatting with other parents who also thought they'd have more energy for this parenting thing, and honestly, sometimes that adult conversation is worth the class fee alone!
Parents rave about how their kiddos burst into spontaneous dance moves at home after class, clearly channeling all that joyful energy from The Little Gym. Don't be surprised if you find your little one trying out new flips and tricks in the living room!

We love The Little Gym! It’s fun and interactive and a good place to play and get out some energy. The instructors are all really nice and do a great job with the kids. We especially love dance parties with Ms.Shelby!

We love the Little Gym! We were going to another place for classes but this place was much better for preschool age children. The bars/rings/balance beams are all set up with young children in mind and there is lots of padding and soft surfaces to prevent injury. Miss Darci is great and so patient with the littles. I especially like the large windows in the waiting area so you can watch your child the whole time. They get to try new activities in each class and they play fun music for the kiddos. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a good introduction to sports or just a fun activity for your child.

The Little Gym of North Fayetteville is an excellent addition to the community! It's a great facility with knowledgeable and understanding staff. Safety is definitely a top priority, and children love exploring the gym and learning new skills. Highly recommend for littles to have a safe space to get their energy out and learn something in the process.

PSA: Make sure to submit the cancellation form or they will continue to charge monthly. My daughter went to 4 classes and we decided it was not for us so we stopped going. Unfortunately, it was a very busy time for me and I somehow missed the fact that we have to complete the cancellation form and was charged for 9 MONTHS unknowingly. I did not get any notifications or receipts for the charges or I would've definitely caught this sooner. For some odd reason, I thought it was a pay as you go monthly (billed and physically paid online) But my main issue is that we were charged for 9 months so my daughter was signed up for a class and no one reached out to us AT ALL for a NO SHOW child for 9 months! They are adamant about making sure to sign up for make up classes and they do take attendance so they knew my daughter was not there at all. I get there's a disconnect btw gym staff and office staff but it's also a small business, a couple of months sure but not 9 months. Other similar businesses would have reached out after a child missed 2-3 classes or would've dropped the child after a month of no show. Since this is a facility for kids, the business could show that it is about the kids instead of confirming it's about the money with how they responded to this situation.... I was not going to post a review but after thinking about the conversation with the owner, Autumn, I decided to. It definitely raised some red flags on some business practices. She was not concerned, worried or surprised that this happened at her small business but instead provided concerning comments like below: "We have hundreds of kids come and go, we cannot keep track of all the kids" Red flags: How do they keep up/keep track of child developmental progress per student per class, do they know if someone is not supposed to be there (if supposedly they did not know my daughter was absent for 9 months?) and etc... Update: I completed a complaint to the Attorney General’s Office and received a response from the owner, Autumn Mitchell, that the AG office handled. She addressed the fact that I did not complete the cancellation form (which I expected and don’t deny) but she completely fabricated the fact that emails, texts and monthly receipts were sent. After I sent the complaints to AG and BBB, I also posted a review here and on Yelp and all the sudden started getting emails and texts from them. Did they just add me so they can cover their tracks and say that they’ve been in contact all along? I’m positive that if I received the monthly receipts, I would not let 9 months go by and would have loved to avoid this entire mess. This business not only missed the point of this entire review (and lied about their actions) but absolutely proven that it’s not about the child- they don’t care if they ever show up for class!!! This business that supposedly takes pride in taking care of the young humans and wants to make a positive impact in the busy lives of local families. I’m just dumbfounded that they took the extra step to lie about the communication and monthly receipts that was never sent!!! Please be very aware!!!!
