Disappointing Services. I visited rivercity to ask about my membership concerns, and the front desk staff was completely unhelpful. When I inquired about signing up for a class, the employee admitted he had no clue what to do. If someone is working the front desk, they should at least have basic knowledge of how memberships and class sign-ups work. Instead of trying to find a solution or directing me to someone who could help, I was met with indifference and he didn't let me enter the gym even though I am a member. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Be a better gym towards to the community.

Their “membership managers” are condescending. Trying to get prices is such an annoying hassle. For anyone curious who just wants flat out and easy information, the last I called it was $55 a month for a single membership. I shouldn’t have to talk to 5 different people, leave voicemails, and wait for calls back just to know the prices. Employees said no one but the memebership managers are allowed to tell people prices. Such a weird sales tactic.

Signed two littles up for swim lessons (1 and 3). We have only had two "lessons" so far but its been more of a free swim time in my opinion. Very little to no instructions. I would not suggest swim lessons at River City, at least not for infants. Paying a lot of money for very little service.

A wonderful and amazing club. Erin O'Connell helped our women's fitness organization plan a group workout. We attended a Les Mills GRIT workout. Memo was our instructor and his positive attitude and energy was contagious. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful!
