The staff were always friendly, and the venue was always clean; however, I did not keep my son enrolled because it was too chaotic. 1. The viewing room was always full, with multiple adults and children attending different lessons simultaneously—at least six large groups of children in the pool at once, but in different sections. This was too distracting for my baby. 2. Viewing the lesson was difficult because visibility was poor, and children waiting for their classes sat at the window, obstructing the view. I could not enjoy watching my baby's first swimming lesson because of this. 3. The changing rooms were too busy and small to accommodate the number of adults and children. Once, I waited almost 20 minutes after my son's lesson to use a changing table. 4. There were too many children in each group; a smaller ratio would be better. Overall, the staff and instructors were always friendly and proactive, but too many classes occurred simultaneously, making it unenjoyable, and the poor viewing and short pool time wasn't worth the money.

Always clean, always kind. These wonderful people have been caring for and teaching my kids (9 and 5) since they were 6 months old! They do a great job and are like family.

They closed the pool one day due to a fecal incident. I was given a make up token I can't use. The website will not let me redeem it. No one on the staff can fix it or help me. I asked for a refund and one was not given. ---update The senior admin manager reached out to me to apologize for the unusable make up tokens. To make up for the frustration she gave me another make up token I can't use. 😂

Both of my kids (5 & 2) are taking classes at Silver Bear and I have been pleasantly surprised so far. The instructors are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They work great with the kids and really know how's to work with them and teach them. The pool is big, and heated. They change the "topic" every month to keep things new & fresh. The makeup classes are ready to schedule and they don't make a big deal about it like some other swim schools. There is a huge window to watch your child in class so you can stay involved with what they are learning. All around I would definitely recommend for classes

We love silver bear swim school. Ms. Jamie is the best instructor and has been working so hard to make sure our daughter cannot only be in a pool safely but also be a great swimmer. We love taking classes here for our baby as well with Megan. If you want to get your babies in apply early to be on the wait list it is definitely worth the wait.
