Like all other KidStrong locations, this center focuses on building kids' confidence through structured 45-minute classes that mix physical challenges with character development - think obstacle courses combined with public speaking practice and friendly competition. The format is pretty consistent with clear segments like affirmations, skill-building, and competitions, so it's structured enough that shy kids feel secure but active enough that high-energy ones stay engaged. The coaches really emphasize the "I am strong, I am brave, I can do this" mentality, which honestly has carried over into how my child approaches challenges at home too. It's one of those programs where you can actually see your kiddo gaining confidence week by week, especially during those moments when parenting feels like you're just hoping something sticks.

We love Kidstrong. We did it for a year and a half in the Bay Area before we moved here in January 2024. We were so excited when we learned they were opening one in Reno. They allowed my kids to keep the rank they’d leveled up to before we moved. The kids love coming every week. Highly recommended!

What a great program! Great coaches and the program integrates physical activity with social/emotional skills. I am highly impressed and highly recommend. I also can’t say enough about GM and assistant GM Sydney and Lacy! I recently had some issues and they had so much patience and understanding with me, I’m very thankful for them both!

Overall staff, coaches are very friendly always there when you have questions. Work well with all students and individually. Encourage and help students to grow and push themselves. My son loves it there hes learning alot and We thank the hard working team members for all that they do and put up with to get each student where they strive to be.

I got Johnathan a membership to KidStrong Reno Members Only Today was the first class. JJ had fun, met new kids, and got a real workout. I'm so glad that I did this for him. I totally recommend the KidStrong program for all kids!! Great staff, friendly, welcoming, and included parents in the program. Thank you, Coach Alyssa and Owner Parker. I have coworkers who will be enrolling their kids, too!

Coaches and administration are fantastic! The coaches clearly care about each and every one of the kiddos in class, and provide individual attention as well as group attention. My own kiddos growth physically and emotionally (more confident in her ability to speak up, receive and integrate feedback/adjustments, and just general positive self confidence has increased significantly. Cant wait to see the continued growth and development from engaging in this program. I am strong, I am brave, I can do this! has become a mantra in our house as well as school.
