This place has been the best care my two children have received compared to other places we have tried. We have been with them for four years. I interviewed child protective services on the facility violations and precisely the child abuse situation in the paper. They were not substantiated and had the least violations compared to other childcare facilities in town. Those violations were also miner. Open Arms also installed 360 cameras. The parent board and administration took the allegations seriously and acted quickly to investigate and develop solutions. I felt confident to enroll my second child. The staff is friendly, kind, organized, and happy, and they retain their team much better than other daycare facilities. Lead teachers are professional, actual teachers that are educated in their fields. They stay at this facility for the entire time we have been there, this is their CAREER, and it shows. Our teacher holds different science topics weekly—experiments from cooking to volcanoes to cultural awareness activities. Any issues I have ever raised were handled and taken seriously. I have a lot of confidence in the way they handle the daycare. I wish they were not as expensive, especially compared to other places. We paid it and had our second child attend because we felt the best care was in open arms. The teachers are highly educated or just plain natural at being caregivers. The staff has excellent attitudes too. Open Arms is the CLEANEST facility we have found; they take care of the place. Also, the food they provide is healthy and HOME-COOKED! Not microwaved chicken nuggets.

My kids have attended Open Arms for 2 years now. My girls have both had teachers that made real, true connections with them and all of the staff seem know my kids' names, even if they have never been in their class. Every time I have had an issue, the director, Maria, has discussed it with me and we have found a solution. We love Open Arms!

The caregivers in the infant room are the best! Take such great care of our kiddo! And the admin staff are so kind and helpful, so grateful for this place!

I waited for months on a waitlist for the infant room. I expected a lot and have been generally disappointed. Such a headache to work with and very inflexible. I would never recommend it for anything except caring for children 3-5 years old. Completely overpriced for what you get!
