Beginning hours need to start officially by no later than 0745am versus only 5 minutes before the hour. Higher rating upon correction. Polices and procedures for those waiting to be enrolled are hirendous, truly sad children keep repeatedly get passed over (I believe by prejudice staff under disguise umbrella repeatedly child protection cases). Although CPC is important but by no means have presidence used in a repetitive manner.

I stayed home with my son the first 2 years of his life. When I was going through the hardest time I've ever been through, it took a lot for me to have to trust a daycare to take care of my son so I could work. I knew when I met the first teacher in his early headstart class that he was safe. I could feel that she cared about my son, and I could even feel that she cared about me. Since then, my son has grown, switched to a big boy classroom, and I have grown too. They have been with us the entire way. Always willing to talk to me about anything and making time to do that. Always telling me what a joy my son is. Complimenting his strengths. They taught him how to make friends and be a friend. They've helped teach him how to be artistic and independent and express his needs and feelings. They've provided unique experiences and gave him more adults to love and trust. While I worked my butt off to try to get us somewhere better then where we were, they picked up the slack for me. And even now that we are doing so much better financially and in life in general, they still find ways to show up for us. I just wanted to properly express my gratitude with this review. Thank you all.

Many times my 1 year old son has come home with injuries some are not even reported until we ask directly. The last 2/3 weeks he has gotten a diaper rash and even after we said he needed to be changed more often he was only changed 3 times the whole day. There was many times where he had a poopy diaper when we picked him up. The teachers in the classrooms are neglectful and I've even witnessed my son getting into soaps/ the bathroom area as I was dropping him off. Coming home with injuries is a COMMON and reoccurring problem.

Great place for children 0-4 years old! They have loving and caring teachers and staff, and kids that go there learn and grow at a fast rate.
