My Kiddos (2yr & 5yr) have been attending KidStrong for just two months and I have already seen great achievements and milestones reached. My older child is ordering his own meals at restaurants. Both of my children make eye contact and can introduce themselves! KidStrong works on more than just strength. They are teaching my kids to be respectful, confident, and brave. They have encouraged my kids to try new things and go for it even if they might fail. The teachers are so supportive of not only my kiddos but also me. They have made a point to remember our entire families names and get to know us so that they can support our kids in the best way possible. They keep a strong routine and aren’t afraid to set boundaries and put their foot down. The coaches we have worked with the most are Abby, Peyton, and Jordan. Their patience and drive is incredible and they are AMAZING with my kids. I love watching and participating in their classes. I can’t wait to see how much they continue to grow and learn.

Our son has been attending KidStrong OKC since it opened fall 2023. He has diagnosed autism and KidStrong has been very helpful for him with socialization, structure, and it incorporates elements of occupational therapy (OT) techniques in its curriculum. The coaches are great! We started with Coach Heather and Coach Keisha for his 2yo class, and now we have Coach Jordan and Coach Isa for his 2-3yo class. They are so supportive of our son and acknowledge his progress with us. We had our son’s 3 year birthday party at the facility, and it was so much fun! Overall, this has been such a great program for us.

I recommend this for all parents who need an outlet for the kids to learn how to build confidence and patience and social skills with other kids their age. The coaches are engaging with the parents as well as the kids. KidStrong delivers in top notch performance with the kids and parents who are there to witness the amazing care the coaches provide.

My daughter serenity is beyond addicted she literally cried on trial day because she wanted to do another session so we enrolled her 2 days a week and ONCE AGAIN SHE WAS IN TEARS BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO do yet another class literally so far im loving the program even day one u dont really feel like the newbeee i loved that for her and me honestly all staff are welcoming and they actually learn each kid it’s pretty cool this is healthy positive bonding mixed with chuckee cheese and a side of with urban air , mini warrior ninja all together 👍🏾💙

From inquiring about the trial class all the way through the class and then signing up it was a great experience. Communication was clear, expectations were voiced, what Kid Strong is about (building strong resilient kids, both mentally and physically) is a journey we have our kiddo on already, which made it very easy to make our decision to sign him up. The coaches were great and could tell they truly enjoy what they do. Our kiddo can be nervous with new people and places, but he leaned in, which tells me he felt good about what he was doing and who he was around. The facility was very clean, which lead me to believe it is something they take very seriously. All in all it was great! We will be back next Saturday for his first class since the trial.
