We attended a trial class at KidStrong for the 3-4 year old age group, and overall, my daughter had a great time! She was able to join in, catch on quickly, and enjoyed the activities. The setup felt like a structured indoor playground with cool equipment, which was great for exercise and socializing with other kids. My only concern was the coach-to-child ratio. There were about 20 kids in the class, including five or six trial participants like us, but only two coaches. I’m guessing that’s not the norm, but for a program that averages about $40 per class with a six-month commitment, I expected a bit more individualized attention. KidStrong is marketed as a program that builds confidence and social skills, but in a single 45-minute session, it was hard to say whether that was really the focus. That said, it was a fun, structured way for my daughter to interact with other kids and burn off energy! Would love to see smaller class sizes or more coaches per session, but overall, it was a positive experience. We are going to sign up and go 1x per week and I will update the review after the 1st month. The staff seem to be very committed, creative kind and energetic. -Excited for the experience ahead.

My son's coaches and the variety of programming has been phenomenal. It's always so much fun to watch the kids have fun but also to watch him develop because of the care they put into these activities. I also appreciate that the coaches are firm when it's necessary but they also clearly care very much for the kids and you can see that in the way they interact. This is by far the best extracurricular activity we could have picked for my 5-year-old and we are both always looking forward to the next class! My only request is that you guys develop an entire gym for parents so we can get in on the action too!

This was our first class and the coaches were so engaged and patient with our toddler. Our child warmed up very easily to the other kids and the environment quickly because of this. The activities were also at our child’s level which was a huge plus for us.

We absolutely love KidStrong Gilbert! Our 2-year-old son has been thriving since he started attending 2 months ago. The coaches are so energetic, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth—not just physically, but also socially and emotionally. We’ve seen such a boost in his confidence and coordination in just a short time. We were so impressed with the environment that we also decided to celebrate his 2nd birthday at KidStrong, and it was AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond to make sure the party was fun, organized, and stress-free for us as parents. Our son had the best time running around, playing, and celebrating with friends in a space that’s both safe and exciting. Highly recommend KidStrong Gilbert to any parent looking for a fun, supportive place for their child to grow and build strength in more ways than one!
