Great program for my young son. He loves his coaches and can't wait for class each week

We are VERY disappointed with GCA Ninja. Today (1/31/2020) we arrived for the same class my three daughters had been attending for 5 months to find out that they had changed the time from 4:15p every Friday to 4pm. This means my kids missed 15 minutes of class. I expressed my concern with the man at the front desk who apologized for the oversight of not notifying us last Friday, nor sending an email to notify us. While I was providing feedback, I also mentioned the lack of acknowledgment of customers when we entered the building. I told him that we'd never been smiled at, said hello to, or waved at when we walked in. He thanked me for the feedback and said he'd address it with the staff. I believe he was one of the owners. Moments later, I walked back to check on my kids in their Ninja class and found out that GCA had instituted a new rule (effective 1/27/2020) that the ninja students MUST purchase the $25 dollar t-shirt and $10 headband. We were NOT notified via email in advance about this; instead, the instructors told the kids (many who were in tears) that if they didn't have the uniform next week, they would not be able to attend. I marched back to the front desk to let the same man/owner know that this was not OK. They (GCA) should have notified the parents in advance and not put us in that position, with crying kids. I informed him that I would not be paying $105 dollars for the "outfit" that was now required for my kids. He said "everyone has opinions" and with that comment, I pulled all three kids out of the program. So, because of their terrible customer service and lack of communication, I cancelled my three kids ($114 x 3 per month) for the next 5 months of the program. The other parents in our group (6 other kids) also cancelled their (crying) kids from the program. This reduced their program from 10 who showed up today to 2. I would image that this affects a small business a great deal, however he didn't seem to care. I will take my money elsewhere; the sad thing was that this was all preventable with a little bit of communication.

My opinion for the parkour classes has changed the coaches are nice but the price for only 1 day a week keeps rising, but that is not the main problem the people at the front desk is. One day I called them about a problem I had. I called and spoke to them very politely but for a reason I don’t know why, they had a very attitudish tone and even threatened me . Overall: they have changed to much, got rid of to many coaches and needs to hire people with better manners

We we're about to go to the gymnastics place when one kid ruined it by walking into the place when they weren't behind the "Counselor". Later since there was no trampolines be in the parkour place and there was in the gymnasium, they were the ones having fun while we just sat around and they yelled at us for so much as talk about how boring and bad this was. Definitely deserve a refund and a waste of $90. We payed them $90 for them to yell and have fun with each other while we sat around bored to death. Would give it 0 stars but you aren't able to.

the Counselors seem like you’re having more fun than the campers are they don’t care about anything but themselves. We were going to go in the gym to use the trampoline because their trampoline had broke in the parkour section. But we We were not allowed because One kid accidentally stepped on an area they weren’t supposed to. This was way unfair to the rest of the kids and I would give this place 0 stars if possible.
