The library is ok but the staff is very "selective" on who they address and interact with. As a mainly black area, the staff needs to be more diverse. I barely walked in and I was told before I could patronize your volume on your phone is too loud. I wasn't in the door 2 seconds. I wanted to leave but I had my kids with me. I stayed a little while longer and yes I took a call while in the library but the lady comes from the desk to say oh your "too loud" and mind you the call wasn't on 10 seconds. I've watched black patrons become victims many times and this day I was no different. As much as I'm a patron of the library, I will be visiting a different location now moving forward.

Great little library! The NOPL staff are always very kind and helpful. Smaller book selection, but solid choices, plenty of movies and shows to borrow, and they'll help you have a book sent there for pickup if you want something specific from a different branch.

This location of the of the library has a good size parking lot. There's an elevator in the building to easily access the meeting rooms on the second floor.

I took my daughter to the grand opening in March. The new space is beautiful. The story time was awesome! The staff are very friendly and the sense of community is strong. We can't wait to go back once it reopens fully again.

It’s one of the smaller libraries, but not the smallest. I’m always greeted by very helpful and courteous librarians when I come here.
