As a hearing child of oral deaf parents, I was so excited to learn about Baby Fingers, so I recently dropped into a class with my 2.5 year old, and it was every bit as wonderful as I had hoped! My only regret was not learning about these classes sooner - I would have loved to have started coming with my son when he was still an infant. It's such a wonderful way to bond with your little ones while helping them to learn language and music. It is also clear to me how valuable these classes are in helping to improve parents' communication with their pre-verbal little ones. I highly recommend!!

I started this amazing class when my daughter was 4 months old. She slept through some classes and was awake some times, but it was most important that I learn the songs and signs. At 7 months, she busted out a double sign - More Milk!! Baby Fingers made learning a new language super fun and it was great to be able to communicate with my child at a young age. How wonderful that she could tell me what she needed versus having a meltdown because I didn't understand. She also spoke early and continued to sign when she spoke which was adorable!

I've done two classes with Baby Fingers and absolutely love it!! My daughter (now 4) learned to say a lot of different phrases in sign language before she could talk & this was so useful in helping us communicate with her!! She would tell us when she was "all done" eating, wanted "more", wanted "milk" and so many other specific foods, would say "please", and "I love you". Now, I just took the class again with my infant and he is already using "more" during mealtime and he recognizes a lot of the signs like "milk" and "all done". He's still young but it's amazing how much he has already picked up on!! I would highly recommend this class for the wonderful music (very catchy) and useful signing. It's a lot of fun!

It is truly a challenge to convey how much we love Lora and Babyfingers. Babyfingers has been (and continues to be) an integral part of our son’s life. We started coming to class when our son was about 8 months old and each time we walked into the room, his face would light up. After only a few classes he began to sign regularly. Over a year later, Lora has literally become a member of our family. The sense of community we feel when we walk into each class feels like home. Our whole family has learned the signs to several classic children’s books and songs! Our son can sign dozens and dozens of words and continues to sign even though he can speak in full sentences. Now, we look forward to our ASL “master class” each week and we are confident our son’s strong verbal skills are a testament to all he has learned in Babyfingers!

Baby Fingers and its members have been offering American Sign Language services to the children in my day care for about one year now. They are amazing with children, punctual, and friendly. The director is very responsive to all emails and inquiries. We are very happy with the services our children receive.

I've been taking classes with my son since he was 3 months old. Before he turned 1, he was signing "more" and enjoyed the alphabet song much more with sign. Lora is very engaging, patient, and provides loving attention, much like a family member. All the kiddos gravitate to her effortlessly. Can't wait to join classes again with my newborn in a few months!

Baby Fingers LLC deserves MORE than just 5 stars but google only allows you to give the most 5 starts! I met Lora, approximately back in 2022-2023 when I did some googling because I was interested in take classes and learning ASL; I am glad I came across this business and met Lora. She is one of a kind. A genuinely kind person who helps her students learn, grow and succeed. You can tell through her teaching, a picture on her social media accounts or just speaking with her that she definitely enjoys the work she does. I, myself have some learning disabilities and when I am having trouble getting a particular sign or lesson she is teaching, Lora is awesome about it. She slows down, explains and repeats for me as many times as I need. I have also had the opportunity of working with some of her other teachers she has and they are AWESOME as well. She makes class about the student not just about ASL. She is quick to be understanding if I am interested in learning a song in ASL, have an interest in a different activity or just feel like having a conversation in ASL that day in class. I look forward to class and 3 years later, I have learned so much, feel more confident as a person and learning a new language. It's all thanks to Lora and her other teachers. I recommend Baby Fingers any chance I get. We started attending when my daughter was 15 months old, and now at 2.5 years old she’s utilizing sign language as a true second language. By having ASL as a way to communicate while my child’s oral language is still developing we’ve avoided so many tantrums and experienced some of our family’s favorite moments. My husband and I have learned so much ASL from attending Baby Fingers, too! Lora is such a warm and wonderful teacher. She always tailors the class to the children in attendance and what they show interest in that day. Baby Fingers is the standard I hold every other children’s class up to. A gem!

My almost 2 year old daughter has been attending Baby/Toddler Sing & Sign for a year now and we love it! It's been such a warm and welcoming environment. She's picked up a few signs and I've picked up a good amount to practice with her. We love learning with Lora! We'll definitely be taking more classes with her!

Lora & the team at Baby Fingers are absolutely incredible teachers. The classes are engaging, thoughtful, and full of joy & magic. My child absolutely loved it and also learned some sign language too! It’s clear the team cares deeply about both the children and the families they serve. I’m so grateful for this program and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something truly special.
