Woodstock Library | The Bronx, NY

I’ll go a little bit in depth. The library itself is modern looking, it’s quiet and it just feels great to be in. The internet is my only issue. Some days it fluctuates between 60Mbs and other days 1Mbs which is extremely annoying if you’re going to download 80GB+ of data. These red chairs are the epitome of uncomfortable-you’re at a weird sitting angle. Other than that this library is perfect. Thanks to the staff for their services!

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and considerate of patrons' individual needs. They have bilingual staff for the patrons that only speak Spanish. They have a children's room accessible via stairs and elevator. The main floor has wheelchair ♿️ ramp and an elevator that goes from floor to floor. Restrooms are also Ad Accessible. Quiet atmosphere and nice variation of material in reading and audio Visual genres. And the perfect place to spend the hot ass summer days in Confort of the AC... Did I mention it is the designated cooling center of our area. Come visit, stay, and read a book or participate in one of their monthly activities and have a good time!

Lovely library in the south Bronx. The facilities are well maintained and the librarians are helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Do not cut funding for NYC’s best institution by far - the public library.

From The Moment I Walked In The Place, It Lit Up With A Bright Aroma And A Sense Of Safety. I Love This Place For It’s Unique Design And Style Of Life. The Lights Will Welcome You And The Spacious Areas Make You Feel Like You Can Walk Anywhere Without Bothering Anyone ‼️ It Might Be My First Time Here But It Won’t Be My Last Either. Clean, quiet with ample computers with free internet access, though time limited. Bring your own laptop or smartphone for unlimited internet access. No late hours offered. Has children's only section on the 2nd floor.
