This library has a big building but I think they have a poor space design and distribution. Its almost impossible to get a nice area for adults to study and concentrate.

These are the smartest, nicest , most patient librarians I have ever met. They help people find books, help people use computers, answer phones, and more. It’s remarkable that they are always smiling considering how much they do.

The Adult area have become a problem with bad smell. And this location doesn’t have air ventilation and it means that air do not flow. Is super hot plus bad smell. They need to open all the windows, so air flows.

This NYPL location is conveniently located for many locals that live in the area. It appears that they recently received new equipment which, is great for people that rely on or frequently use the computers, printers etc. They have a fairly small selection of books unfortunately but, the staff was very helpful when I was looking for specific items. One staff member recommended I download the ebook app for more options or that I visit the larger 42nd street location.
