This place needs some proper maintenance, a public library needs to be better taken care of. The staff is very friendly and seem as well organized as they can be and for their part they keep things cleane but the building needs some tlc on the outside as well

The staff is nice and very helpful, however this library is not noticeable the building looks old and falling apart. I think it needs to get renewed because it don't even look like a library seems like an abandoned building. Library Sign walter on it needs to get replace PLEASE upgrade this library !!!. There is a lot of crazy people homeless that hang out outside the library always asking for money. Sketchy people looking into my car. This is why I don't go to this library and rather drive to Alief. Is so sad that so much tax payers money is taken out but city can't give a bad neighorhood at least a nice library !!!!!!

Amazing, nice and very good small library. The staff are so helpful, the parking is great for its size. A very great location. It is a small library, so the book collection is not that big. You will have different offeringes of genras and authors, but its not as big as other larger libraries like the ones in nearby universities and neighborhoods. Still. Its a great library at its size, great for the community, specially pc services, and great for children! Wally Jo's THUMBS-UP

The staff at this library are the most helpful and kindest people! They go out of their way to assist and inform you! Yes, there are homeless people outside but they have NEVER bothered us and we frequent this library for years. This location doesn’t have all the glam of the newer ones but the staff is readily available to help you get what you need, plus more!

One of the chillest spots ever. Their WiFi is quite good. I wouldn’t use it for uploading videos but I haven’t tried yet! Great for surfing the internet though. I wouldn’t try hacking anyone on their network; I can’t say the same about others trying to hack you, but no worries ‘I’m’ watching you through your webcam already, I’m joking…or am ‘I’?…I am seriously joking. If you are hiding something I don’t suggest you connect to WiFi or any 5G phone network or 4G or LTE 🤣 I took a picture of the upload and download speed/s on my laptop from my phones camera but I deleted the image…so I will go to the library again and upload the pictures later. [[Edit on October 22, 2025}EDIT: and like I said i’d upload the speed tests; here they are. Notice, these are speed test at almost clos/e/d/ing time. But they’re ‘consisten during regular library operation hours’. As far as I can tell the speeds are throttled to circumvent an issue/s. So every new connected device should and will get similar speeds regardless of the amount of devices on the libraries network. Now I believe this network can only handle around 66 connections without any trouble. So please do not mess with my library’s network. It’s decent. Thank you.]
