Very nice YMCA and very pleasant staff. Good assortment of cardio equipment as well as fitness equipment. Also has some new machines titled EGym, not familiar with them but seems like a nice benefit for certain members. Medium size pool, aerobic studio, smaller gymnasium, cycling room, and couple different fitness areas. Nice locker rooms along with a good size family locker room as well. Aerobics music was a little overwhelming for the whole facility.

Every experience is great. All the staff are very professional and courteous, helpful, and are more than willing to find out the info you need or tour the facility so you know where everything is to utilize it for your own workout preference. I appreciate all the help I've gotten and I will keep going and would definitely recommend getting a membership with them.

Lovely facility with a bit of everything. Some parts like the pool area and showers are in need of some updating, but are otherwise alright. Staff are friendly and welcome you in, as well as wave you off when you're homebound.

Smaller YMCA than most, has one basketball court, a small track, decent cycling room and yoga room, large cardio area, mid sized weight room, solid indoor pool. No sauna, steam room is okay but smells like old musty frogs. Great gym if you come at the right time but can become over crowded. Replacing steam room with sauna would go a very long way. I drive 20 min out of the way to go to the down town YMCA just to use a sauna. Not bad when you have both down town and Walnut Creek locations as options. Staff at this location are very friendly.

We have been going here basically daily for almost 2 years now (me, my wife and 2 kids) and LOVE it! Everything has been amazing! The staff is always so nice and helpful and greets you upon entering as well as saying goodbye on your way out. The learn and play center is awesome! ALL of the staff that work in there are amazing, we never worry about our kids there and they always have a good time! You can usually always find machines and weights available even at busy times and I appreciate their hard work in keeping up with maintenance and repairs. I totally understand funding may be low at times and it can take some time for repairs (getting parts, making the repairs, etc), but they are very good about keeping everyone in the loop if something is not working. They really do theirs best with issues that are clearly out of their control at times. The classes are all awesome, (especially body pump with Chrissy!) 10/10 would recommend! I have never once been, or seen, anyone mistreated by staff members! Nothing but good things to say!
