Friendly staff. But whoever set the routes has made them way too difficult. I typically can climb a 5.9 no problem and could not even complete a 5.7 here. The person I was climbing with is much better than me and they were also struggling with top rope and bouldering. The ropes are also set up weird in that the belay device is already on all the ropes. Seems like a safety hazard since you can’t keep track of how many times it’s been used. It’s also very compact inside so if you fall off the wall 3-4 feet from the ground then you’ll probably take out the person belaying you or someone standing by, or even crash into the bouldering section. I would not recommend coming here.

Favorite place to take the kids and the adults! More challenging than you think! All day passes, excellent staff, and courses are constantly changing keeping you motivated. Kids love it, builds motor skills, spacial awareness, and strength. Highly recommend!

Great time for the whole family. Fantastic place to learn. Walls are set up for range of experience from beginners to advanced. Great place to stay in shape during off season too. Owners have expanded climbing walls and are still making improvements, adding full height sections to the climbing walls. A great place for parties and summer camp too!
