Are you looking for a sense of community, education, and connection on your motherhood journey? Look no further! Great for fertility, prenatal, and postpartum! I was really nervous about the birthing process when I was pregnant. I started going to Mind Body Baby for prenatal yoga when I was about 18 weeks pregnant because I wanted to safely move and strengthen my body in preparation for labor. I also attended the “Push Prep” class there. Both of these things greatly helped my confidence going into labor!! After I had my baby, I was not feeling great mentally. About 8 weeks postpartum I attended my first “4th Trimester Meetup” with my baby. It was so nice to talk through my challenges and wins with other moms and their babies. We are able to troubleshot problems and just talk with other adults! The space has everything I could need in case I forget something too- breastfeeding pillows, blankets, diapers, tea, etc. They also bring in amazing bagels to snack on during the support group! Then I started attending postpartum yoga classes with my baby to help gain my strength back. My husband has even attended some of the workshops with me to help further our education about our baby! I really appreciate the space that Heidi (the owner) creates to allow for mothers and their family to come and learn and grow together .

Honestly this place feels like a dream. A place you’d read about on the west coast and wish it could exist in your hometown. The space is so bright, welcoming and cozy. They really thought of every little detail! The classes are appropriate for whatever stage of your motherhood journey you’re in. I really appreciate how each instructor makes you feel comfortable doing things at your own pace and modifying whenever needed. It’s a beautiful experience being surrounded by other women in a similar phase of life as you. Not to mention all of the extra courses, support groups & community events they host on top of yoga! I am so grateful to have found Mind Body Baby at the phase of motherhood that I’m in =)

We love MBB! It is such a welcoming environment for new moms and experienced mom’s alike. Love the café, it keeps me caffeinated! Childcare is always so kind, and I love having a great rhythm for my exercise routine thanks to all the classes available, at such great times for moms and naps!

I absolutely love this place!!! What a magical piece of heaven made for us mommas both prenatally and postpartum! Tons of variety in class, workshops and a welcoming atmosphere from the teachers and employees! So happy I found this place where I can bring my son unabashedly (even when he’s cranky) and workout alongside him!

What a beautiful space! I felt welcomed, encouraged, and validated as a mom. I attended a group setting workshop and had an amazing time. The instructor was amazing! She asked great questions that made me feel heard, understood and being able to hear from others made me realize I’m not the only one going through whatever it is. Thank you for thinking of this concept and allowing us mom to have a space to share with other moms living this amazing journey of motherhood.
