The Little Gym is basically where you go when you want to feel like you're doing something good for your kiddo's development while also getting a bit of a workout yourself - win-win, right? They're really into the whole "serious fun" thing, which sounds cheesy but actually works out pretty well because your little one gets to tumble around on safe equipment while you're doing more than just sitting on the sidelines scrolling your phone. The classes have actual structure with songs, basic gymnastics moves, and all those sensory activities with balls and bubbles that make toddlers lose their minds with excitement, but it's not so rigid that you'll stress if your kid decides today is the day they only want to roll down the same mat seventeen times. Plus you'll probably end up chatting with other parents who also thought they'd have more energy for this parenting thing, and honestly, sometimes that adult conversation is worth the class fee alone!
Families love how their little ones beam with pride after showing off their new moves at home—prepare for some serious cuteness overload!

My four years+ grandaughter has recently joined this gym for the little ones. The setup is nice, and they seem to have all the necessary facilities. The instructor looks professional and is very amicable and friendly with the children. He is assisted by two assistants who assist the children in smaller groups. There is a nice seating arrangement with free wifi, and one can enjoy watching their child through a soundproof glass partition.

The Little Gym in Avondale Estates is truly an amazing facility! My son absolutely loves playing there, and it has become one of his favorite places. The environment is incredibly diverse and inclusive, which is so important to us. My autistic son feels genuinely loved and cared for every time he attends. The coaches are wonderful—so kind, patient, and attentive. They take the time to get to know my child and ensure he has a great experience. It’s heartwarming to see how much effort they put into making each child feel valued and supported. Their camps are also fantastic! They provide a convenient option for parents during the summer and school breaks, making life so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful to have The Little Gym as part of our Avondale Estates community. It’s a true gem, and I highly recommend it to other families!

We have had the best experience here. My youngest is in a regular class but we even did a camp for both kids (3 and 7!) and they loved it. The teachers go above and beyond to get down with the kids and have fun. I especially like how some classes are not specific but allow the kids to try all activities (ballet, tap, tumble) all in one session. We had tried other local gymnastics places and were not satisfied with the level of attention or instruction given to my daughter at either place. The Little Gym didn’t just provide a better experience, but filled in the gaps specifically where I had issues with two other places. They helped my youngest flipping over the tumbling equipment by explaining the objective, setting expectations, letting her try it, and lovingly correct her and give her help so that she can safely learn how to tumble around and use the equipment. In addition to all of this, it is so easy so schedule a makeup session when you know you will miss a class.

A wonderful place! The classes are so much fun and the instructors do an amazing job leading kids through different skills and activities. My child loves coming to the Little Gym. Definitely recommend!
