The Brookfield Library | Western Connecticut Planning Region, CT

The Brookfield Library runs several storytime programs for babies through preschoolers, with caregivers participating alongside children. Shake, Rattle & Read is a lap-sit program for ages 6-24 months with songs, rhymes, and movement, held Fridays at 10am and 11am. Time for Twos (24-36 months) uses songs, rhymes, and books. Fun & Friends, Wednesdays at 10am, gathers children 6 months to 5 years for free play, a brief storytime, crafts, and socializing. Storytime Adventures (ages 3-4) meets Monday or Tuesday at 10am with stories, songs, flannel boards, and movement. Registration is required.
