My 4yo daughter has been coming for a month now and I am really happy about our choice! The instructors (Hannah and Daniel) are warm and calm, and my daughter is enjoying her time very much. She's also making steady progress, which is great!

Be careful with office staff! They are completely delusional or better if you record your conversation with them! I registered my 5 and 7 year old children at 106-06 Queens location. Before the first class started the pool supervisor had to shut down the pool because one of the instructor found feces in the pool. This place was extremely filty. Even though we did not take a class that day my card was charged $600. After that we gave them a second chance thinking this was an isolated incident and switched to their Manhattan location. We liked the Upper West Side instructors and I decided to sign up myself. Before I even took a class I was charged twice $320 and $180. I called and explain that these were wrong amounts and to early to charge. The third time they charged $440 again $200 more than they supposed to charge. When I called the office they accused me that I changed the location too many times and this got them confused. Instead of apologizing for their mistake that they were charging my credit card as it pleased them and I gave them too many chances to fix the problem they canceled my classes completely. This is what you get when you have unprofessionals working for you.
