The owner is so lovely. We came for a trial class from another gym that my child attends. She is different from what you typically see/get from gymnastics. She was thorough in answering all of my questions, and you can tell that she actually cares about her gymnasts. She knew all of them by first name, knew their strengths and struggles, and knew the parents' names, too. The coaches were really sweet, too. They all sat there and listened to my concerns, and they participated in answering questions I had.

We have our daughters in this academy they are 2 and 3 years old they love to go they wait for the day of their class with a lot of joy, we consider the idea of putting them in 2 classes but it is too heavy for our economy, We are happy that they are part of synergy Gymnastics π«Άπ» the staff is very kind

I cannot say how much my daughter loves this gym. She has been a member of the competition team since 2021 and has excelled immensely since leaving her last gym. Janine and all of the coaches are absolutely AMAZING! Their only goal is ensure the gymnasts have fun, while instilling a true meaning of discipline, teamwork, and ultimately self-confidence. This sport is not easy but our gym family has made it look that way. I will always recommend SGA to friends and family! Thank you Janine and all of the coaches for everything you do!

Our daughter switched to Synergy Gymnastics over a month ago and she has been very happy with everything. Great coaches that encourage her and challenge her. The coaches and gym owner are very accessible to answer any questions we have. The drive is worth making. π

The facility is top-notch, equipped with all the necessary apparatus and safety measures to ensure a positive experience. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help the athletes improve their skills. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced gymnast, Synergy Gymnastics offers excellent training programs that cater to everyone's needs. I was a gymnast here as a teenager and the coaches always made me feel safe and they were so very patient with me when i struggled. Synergy Gymnastics is a great place for gymnasts to stretch their abilities to learn new skills because Janene and the coaches sheβs hired, genuinely care about all the kids and their families there.
