Smithtown Co-Op Nursery School | Suffolk County, NY

Smithtown Co-Op Nursery School runs a Mommy & Me class for children about 10 to 21 months old who are walking or close to it. A parent or caregiver takes part directly in the classroom rather than watching from the side, joining children in sensory and creative activities such as paint, glue, water play, and music and movement. An educator leads the class, which aims to support children's social, emotional, and physical development while caregivers build connections and pick up parenting strategies. The program is run through a cooperative nursery school that also offers 2's playgroups and preschool classes.
