About this class

If you're looking for a fun way to introduce your little one to dance, the School of Classical Ballet's Mini Movers class is a great option. Designed for kiddos aged 2.5 to 3.5, this class focuses on basic dance elements like rhythm, space, and body awareness. It's a wonderful opportunity for your child to develop motor skills and creativity in a supportive environment. Plus, it's always a highlight at recitals! Balancing parenting and finding the right activities can be tough, but this class might just be the perfect fit.

Parents rave about the supportive and friendly vibe at SCB—it's like a second home for their little dancers! Just a heads-up: while the instructors are wonderful, some folks mention the communication could use a little polish.

We love SCB at the Montana Dance Center! The environment is very clean, family friendly, supportive, positive and nurturing for dancers and their families. SCB’s well trained instructors offer a diverse variety of classes from beginner Ballet to advanced w/Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Musical Theatre for all ages and technique levels, (there are even several adult class options.) Last year SCB added a Stretch and Strength class to the roster and this year a weekly/biweekly Pilates class has been added. My 15 yr. old daughter has the utmost respect for all of her instructors and studio directors and I’m over the moon grateful that she has such incredible people in her life regularly as strong, healthy, well rounded role models.

Although they have good teachers, they are very disorganized and do not have good communication between the staff. Only some privileged ones can advance in their classes. Unfortunately it is the only ballet school in town.
