San Diego Youth Symphony | San Diego County, CA

ChIMES is San Diego Youth Symphony's early childhood music program, held at Balboa Park and Liberty Station. Class options cover ages from birth to 5 years, including a birth-18 months group, several toddler and preschool age bands, and one bilingual English/Spanish class. Parents or caregivers participate directly in each session alongside their child. Curriculum includes instrument demonstrations, songs from different cultures and languages, and basic music theory, aimed at socialization, school readiness, and motor skills. Classes run in 4-week sessions at $115 per child; siblings pay $70, and children under 8 months attend free.
