My son just started at SafeSplash. My son is 4 and is very scared of going under water and getting water in his eyes and ears. He can be very hesitant. He has Mr. Phoenix and he loves him. Phoenix is so patient with my son and my son always talks about how much he loves his instructor. This is such an important life skill and I’m so glad my son has an instructor who makes him feel safe. We have a long way to go but I know Mr. Phoenix is the right instructor for my son. We are in it for the long haul!

Overall a really good experience with this swim school for both of my kids they both ultimately learned a lot and a much better swimmers as a result. I know the place is very flexible with make up classes incase you miss any. The staff is friendly and do take good care of the kids.

Our kiddos are making great progress at SafeSplash. We've done lessons at a number of other places but this has been the best by far. The entire place is clean and inviting. Staff is very friendly. Goggles are available for purchase along with drinks and snacks.

We love watching our son count down the days during the week until his lesson! He loves Mr. Aiden and how fun he makes the lessons for the kids. Our son can sometimes get the wiggles and giggles and Mr. Aiden is always so patient with him. Seeing our son become more comfortable and confident in the water is a huge accomplishment! We celebrate all of the new skills he learns and can't wait to show off at Grammy and Grampy's pool in Florida on our next visit.

The staff has been very sweet and accommodating with my special needs kiddos and they matched us with some very great instructors who understand autism. We are very impressed. Several months later and we are still very happy. The school works hard to keep caring and consistent staff which is so hard to come by. The staff and management are doing a great job making sure every family is receiving a quality swim education and our kids are coming out knowing pool safety and how to swim. They are like a family and treat their families like they are important no matter if it is the kid is in their class or not. The pricing is beyond affordable, in this economy of costs constantly rising, and the consistency and quality is top notch. I also wanted to say I saw one review on here from someone whose child apparently doesn't attend the school saying they don't teach water safety. That's a bold faced lie. In level 1 basic I was given a list of the skills they teach. At the beginner level the literal first and last thing they are teaching the kid is how to float, get yourself to the edge of the pool, and get out if you fall in, aka self rescue. The information this person provided is completely false and my guess is it's either a way of self promotion, or a disgruntled ex employee, considering she is claiming to have years of experience as a swim instructor. I don't know who this person is but I'm an actual parent of 2 actual children in classes here and my children went into the school not knowing how to swim and now only a few months later they are able to swim without their floaties because they have learned great and quality skills from the kind and qualified instructors at Safesplash.
