Lovely and amazing pool on the campus of cedar crest college. Able to make a reservation online for large pool (pictured) or smaller pool. $10 for an hour. Very nice and spacious locker room and the clock is very nice to keep track of time. Even in winter the pool is heated which is amazing! It’s not too hot not too cold literally the perfect temperature. It doesn’t feel too crowded I really enjoy swimming here. Parking right out front. My only concern is is while $10 is not a lot, it adds up over time and I don’t believe there are packages to make it cheaper, making it a bit inaccessible :(

I have been going to the office and speaking with Janice for the last 6 months trying to get my kids swimming lessons. It was one story after the other. Finally, I was told by her to sign up online for swimming classes. This week I go and she accused me of lying about all the information she herself gave me was incorrect. told me they don’t teach swimming lessons … there. Eventually, she said swimming lessons start in September. I don’t know what’s going on with this lady but they need a second person there for quality control. She had a very nasty attitude and insulting from the very first instant I said I was signed up for a class she did not even offer to look in the system until I asked her to. I will not go back.

We attempted to register our 1 year old daughter for the Saturday 9:00 class by calling in as the center opened. They didn't pick up and we left a voicemail. When they decided to call back just 30 minutes later we were told that not only the 9:00 slot was booked, they also only do registration in person and via fax. I said my wife would be there within the hour to register for the remaining class slot and they said there would still be spots at that point. However when my wife arrived she was told that her age group was full and she would have to join the 18 month plus class. After further conversation they agreed to squeeze her into the appropriate age group. Fast forward to today we find out that she is registered for the wrong age range. This cycle of classes will be our last.

Located on the beautiful campus of Cedar Crest College, the Rodale Aquatic Center is the campus pool and it is open to the public. They offer swimming lessons for children and adults. Plenty of parking is available in front of the building.

Quality of swimming instruction is great, but the registration process is a nightmare. It’s 2018, time to get online registration. As a consumer I shouldn’t have to show up and wait in line for over an hour just to register.
