First of all I would like to say that I Enjoy going to the gym to exercise and feel better. However when you go to this particular location the equipment is always broken or they are waiting for parts to come in from Europe! The men's locker room is filthy especially the steam room and the Pool is always closed like all the time! I go to this location because it's close to where I live and work . They need major improvement 😞

The annoyance at seeing “rules and expectations” signs in the locker room recently. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and cleanliness has always been an issue…. But it’s more like the locker rooms/saunas never actually get cleaned in the first place… and if something breaks… expect it to be broken for 6 months… and why did they take away the keypads for sign in???? How much money does it cost to have a keypad sitting on the counter…. Guess if you don’t have a smartphone they don’t want you as a member…

Today was my daughter’s birthday and she really wanted to go swimming all together. We checked the app for open swim times and headed down and also confirmed with the front desk that it was open swim. He even got wristbands for the younger kids. We changed and headed to the pool and then got screamed at(I am assuming by an instructor) that the pool was closed. I understand that schedules change frequently with different classes but seriously do better updating your app and your staff. Luckily there was another YMCA that was more welcoming and accommodating.

Lately, I feel like the men's locker room is more like a public park. The boys, some are posing taking picture of their half naked body, and some are gathering/sitting on the benches, chit-chat which blocked the lockers. Need to put a "Huge" sign "locker room for changing, not for hanging out, chit-chating, nor posing for social media."

I have been loyal to the YMCA for 10+ years - but this location has really gone downhill. The bathrooms are filthy, kids posing in the bathrooms to take pictures for social media with no regard to everyone else who is changing in the locker rooms, the machines are in terrible shape, and the “personal trainers” schedule large classes everyday during the busiest times and post signs around the gym blocking anyone from using the equipment. How can anyone workout on their lunch break when you block half of the gym off?
