Riverstone Books, an independent bookstore with locations in McCandless and Squirrel Hill, hosts recurring storytime programs for children and caregivers. At McCandless Crossing, Tuesday mornings alternate Yoga Storytime and Music Storytime at 9:30am, and Saturday mornings feature themed storytime with stories, songs, and a craft led by the Children's Manager. Squirrel Hill recently added a Sunday morning storytime. Caregivers attend with their children, sessions cap at 12 children, and advance registration is required for each attending child.
