This building is the old location of the newly constructed library which is on 37th Avenue and 21st Street adjacent to the gas station. This building is a literacy center used for UPK, it's NOT a shelter or anything else. This building is not open to the general public as its function is the education of preschool children not for lending books.

Irresponsible. I went their at 11pm aimed to stay for the whole night. But I discovered that is close until 4th sep 2019. But it still says open. What's the point to kill my time. And its mid at night, I have nothing to do. Its raining

The LIC library is 2 blocks away. Also when you search library in this local,you will get other marked library wich actually is a auto body work station. :D
