The library itself is fine. I think the fact it has a kids section is cool and there seems like a lot of events for them on the calendar. Nice since I have a little brother, but I can imagine it’s annoying to older people that are trying to do something else in the other sections. The staff has been consistently somewhat rude to me whenever I’ve visited but I do tend to go to the library ~1-2 hours before closing so that might contribute to it. It’s not like they yell at me or anything, just treat me kinda condescendingly/dumb which is tolerable enough if you just avoid them after learning the ropes.

It's a good place! It's given me a lot of information and helped a lot of people. I take my English class at this library, and it's gone really well! I have a great teacher, Mrs. Sarah! Best regards!

This library is a nice place, it is clean and quiet. It also offers various programs and classes for all ages and interests. And the librarians and teachers are very helpful.

“I recently visited the Queens Public Library and interacted with an employee named (Judi) Unfortunately, her behavior was not welcoming; she spoke in a dismissive tone and seemed uninterested in assisting patrons. This left me feeling uncomfortable during my visit. It would be great if employees could engage with the public in a more courteous manner. The library itself has a great selection of books and resources, but better customer service would enhance the overall experience.”

Went here for my booster shot and my 10yr old daughters first dose. We walked in and wow... no line, clean, friendly tentative staff. We got seen right away. I was very pleased, look forward to going back for her second dose. 😊
