I asked to have my time extended on the computer and the employee told me he couldn't extend it. This was ridiculous because it was not crowded and computers were available at 4:20 PM on a Thursday (library closes at 8 PM). I hope management sees this and makes reasonable accommodations.

I was trying to print something here, and the employees definitely tried their best to help me out. Although they didn't necessarily solve the problem, they did try very hard. The employees were truly very nice and non- disruptive to the people in the library. I come here nearly every weekend to borrow a few books.

The librarians are the cause of most if not all of the noise. I tried to find a quiet place and discovered the meeting room with nobody there, so I decided to do my work. After a few minutes the librarian who was making the most noise, talking on the phone while on speaker, kicks me out saying I need to have a reservation to use the room. I asked if there a meeting scheduled soon, and I'm sure there wasn't. I explained that I couldn't focus on my work because of her yapping and she went on to tell me of other library locations that have a quiet spaces. I explained that libraries universally are considered quiet places...

I like the librarian who works during the week days, she really respectful and run the library under rules. She keeps the library quiet and comfortable. But the librarian who works on Saturday makes a lot of trouble here. She doesn’t care about others who really need the library to study here. She talks a lot to others and too loud, when she stay there alone, she using her phone to let the speaker on and the voice out. Even the customer knows to answer the phone outside. She had shoulder-length curly bob hair. She open the two doors to let the cold wind in during a snowing and windy day only because she feels hot. What’s the point of the two doors? The wind can come in, the snow can come in, but people who are reading or studying cannot come in. Thank God, finally I saw the best employee sit at the front desk on Saturday!👏👏👏

The two front desks are always talking too much, which makes me very easy to distract my focus. Usually if some visits talks over the phone with high volume, they will try to stop them. While, on this Friday, there two employees talks very loudly again. they don’t even care others who are studying. If you want to focus on study, please go to a quiet place not here! It’s not library anymore!
