Queens Public Library at Jackson Heights | Queens, NY

This is a very good, neat, and tidy library. Wide variety of books. New computers and technology. They now have it open on Sundays. The thing that they could improve on is to have longer hours on weekends.

Staff is wonderful. They are eager to help you find your book and order it from another QPL branch is necessary. The onlyflaw is it is too small for this neighborhood of readers.

This is a very petite library in an urban area. One of the smallest in the QBL network. But great place to pick up books and order some printouts.

Small library with selection of books. Went to get my card today but their system is down and only if have ID with proof residence then I can download the app and checkout books that way. Was allowed back to see if book I needed was there but no, not there.

They only let you use the computer 1 hour even though theres plenty computers avaliable. Some libraries refresg your card as much as you need. Its impossible to get anything done in 1 hour, applications, schoolwork etc and its insulting. We have lives and need computer use!
