I only came here to study and I had an absolutely great first experience. Staff was friendly and environment was quiet enough. Can always appreciate a good library.

So today: Saturday May 17th I took my two under two toddlers for toddler time at this library. It was our third visit to toddler time. The two previous times we visited, Miss Sophia conducted the toddler time. However, for some reason, another person conducted the toddler time. I do not know her name, but I am sure this library has a record of who did the toddler time today at 11:00 am. In my opinion, she was not meant to do this job. I reached there around 10:50 am. This is because Miss Sophia recommended getting there earlier because the class fulls up fast. So I sat and engaged my toddlers until around 11:45 am when we heard it is time to pack up in 5 minutes. All this time, no engaging happened. Not a song, not a rhyme for all the kids to do together. Suddenly, the "teacher" was doing bye bye bubbles. It was already time to go. She was at the door just bye bye and I cannot even remember seeing one child getting excited about a bubble. It was as tho we were being rushed so the "teacher" could just move on to the next thing that really interest her. The session did not serve its main purpose, which is to engage the toddlers. It would be great if we were able to have someone like Ms. Sophia who is actually getting our toddlers to engage and feel happy to be there. I hope someone at this library reads this review and looks into this situation. The state is doing so much already to have our kids healthy and well. We as parents have to do so much to show up. It was rather unfair to us and most importantly the toddlers. Please recruit people who really want to be at work and really work with children. For today's teacher, she was just letting that 1 hour pass as fast as possible, even faster than it should. Looking forward for improvements.

I enjoy all of the arts and crafts activities that are offered. Ms Jasmine and Ms Nancy are always going above and beyond to make sure the kids are having a great time. They are very patient and caring. This location is organized and tidy, a renovation would be great!

Horrible staff! Rude, unhelpful not one ounce of customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one.

Love going to this library the staff are welcoming and accommodating to you if you need assistance with anything library related. Mrs Nancy and her fellow colleagues are the best.
