This library is amazing. I use it a lot, especially during finals season—I practically live here when I’m studying for exams. The manager and most of the staff are approachable and very helpful. When I was preparing for my finals, they even offered me a library laptop and noise-canceling headphones, which made a huge difference. On top of that, they proctored three of my final exams. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the environment is perfect for studying. It’s truly a student’s heaven, especially in the morning when it’s calm and productive. There are always plenty of seats available, so finding a good spot to study is never a problem.

Now as I retire, I use this library more often. It is a good community resource near to my home. It is a small library but equipped. The atmosphere is calm and positive. Space is clean, bright and organized. It has 2 bathrooms, children’s area, an activity room, and computer section. The staff in general is helpful and positive, except as others mentioned, an elderly male staff who is often into his own thing and is not interactive. In general, those who use the facility are also civil. 👍

Someone talk to the older Indian man working at this library. He’s so rude and can’t even help when you ask for it. The least he can do is speak kindly. He’s always looking at his phone or browsing the internet. Everyone else working there is lovely especially the librarian who takes care of the crafts for the children.

It's not safe here. Racist too. I was playing chess. A man kept interrupting my game and his child started screaming at me. I told him to stop watching my game and staring at me. He wouldn't stop. I told the Chinese librarian at the front about it twice. She did nothing because the guy harassing me was the same race. Red haired woman manager screamed in the middle of the main area interrupting the chess players. Same red haired woman manager interrupted me on the computer to tell me to go to the Assistant DA's setup table? I don't want legal problems. Shouldn't target me to cause me problems. DA's office shouldn't be in the library anyway.

One of my favorite Queens Library. It’s in a great location, the design is very cool too. The staff at this QL are really kind and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and there are no complaints
