We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Puzzles and it was a blast! Sofia was very prompt and helpful in all our communications. And her team did a great job on the party day nicely decorating the place, making sure everything was laid out the way I wanted them, and running the event smoothly. Kids had a blast playing in the gym and they enjoyed the breaks to go in the backroom for pizza and cupcakes. Thank you Puzzles for making it such a seamless and fun event for us :)

We had our son's 3rd bday party here and it was great :) Sophia and Cesar were sweet and accommodating as always, and the kids had so much fun! We also added the music by Fiddle Foxes and Ms. Tracy was so great! Highly recommended, it was a very special way to celebrate our boy.

Phenomenal! Sofia, Maria, and the crew at Puzzles were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and on top of every detail. We had a big birthday party for 2 four year old girls and it was the perfect venue from start the finish! We had just enough space, toys, and activities to keep all 11 kids engaged and playing happily. Sofia and Maria took care of all the details and even spent time playing with the kids and helping them move from playing to washing hands to eating pizza and cake. We chose the face painting as the entertainment and they were also fantastic! Not only did they offer face painting, there was also a magic show and cotton candy. We were all so impressed with the space and how attentive and helpful Sofia and Maria were the entire time. We’re grateful to be able to give the girls such a wonderful birthday party and can’t recommend Puzzles highly enough! Make sure you plan ahead for your little one’s next party—they get booked quickly, and rightfully so!

A note of genuine thanks and appreciation for Sofia and her team at Puzzles. We hosted my son's 5th birthday here and it was the most seamless, flawless, fun time for all! We did a "drop off" party, so the other parents were thrilled to get 2 hours to themselves. Each child got their own cubby to store their belongings during their time there. Sofia organized open play in her really fun and colorful play space (the slide was a big hit!), followed by a great music session that the kids just loved. We ended the party with pizza (which she also handled top to bottom!), birthday cake (we brought in) and she helped us get the kids out the door with party favors in hand. Cannot recommend Puzzles enough for birthday parties, or for everyday play. We have done a number of drop offs here for days off from school and the kids just love it. Sofia made it so easy for us and so fun for the kids!

We celebrated our son Noah’s birthday last year and we’re so happy with the experience that we’re doing it again this year. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. The space is perfect for kids’ birthdays safe, clean, and so much fun for the little ones. We’ve also attended so many holiday events here over the years and always had a wonderful experience. They really go above and beyond to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families. Highly recommend it to any parents looking for a great place to celebrate or enjoy special events!
