Rude sales woman - Dolores! Came to check out stuff, asked a question she felt annoyed and not only did she not answer the question she belittled my question. Then I asked about rugs she turns out even ruder and very short. In the meantime she was speaking nicely to another woman. So maybe she just sexist. Anyway not buying stuff here!

Dolores is truly one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever met. I came in to purchase a dresser and crib for my newborn and left with nothing. When I first walked in she greeted me and said she would help me find what I'm looking for and then immediately left to answer the phone, even though a coworker said they could handle it. Two times another associate tried to help me and only then did Dolores suddenly find the time to hop off the phone just to be rude and short with me about a very important spending decision. She's clearly just in it for the commission or trying to pad numbers, and has no regard for the customer or their actual needs. I had some good interactions with other people at the store, namely Susan, but I was so put off by Dolores that it didn't feel right to give that store my money. She clearly has her run of the place -- I would strongly advise shopping somewhere else whenever Dolores is there.

I recently called this location to ask about an item and spoke with Dolores. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. She came across as rude and unhelpful, and instead of answering my questions in a courteous manner, she seemed impatient and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service plays a huge role in the overall shopping experience, especially when customers are reaching out for help before making a purchase. This interaction has made me hesitant to shop here again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as it does not reflect well on the brand. DO BETTER POTTERY BARN. Especially for a children’s store

I mean seriously? Is no one in the higher ups reading the reviews for this place. Every single person has a problem with the customer service at this location, Walk in and they are all huddled at the counter. No one even ask if you need help.. very weird and hostile environment. Apparently if you aren’t decked out in Chanel they don’t care ( if you are coming into the store you most likely live in the surrounding area) which is a beautiful neighborhood. In my 33 years of life I have never walked into a Kids store & just felt off in my gut… It’s a beautiful store with weird snobby workers. News flash not everyone is white skin blonde hair wearing fur coats & suits coming into the store to spend money!!!!!!! (Coming from a white man) I mean come on it’s Pottery Barn not Louis Vuitton.

Not a big fan of the customer service here. It is a kids store, lighten up! The blonde SA assisting us with our purchase was rude and visibly lacked patience. The other lady working there was nice, but the reality is I don’t enjoy coming to this store because of the inconsistent service I get here - sad, it has such a pretty collection
