Very fun and the little ones enjoy the trip so much. Be ready to prepare an extra set of clothes when playing with the river (there were coats provided but water was splashing everywhere lol). Cafe had all the kids friendly food it was great. Free street parking available. All day carousel pass is great if your kid loves carousels.

Great place to bring the kids to get their energy out. The Giant food store was a hit. And you don’t have to drive into the city to get there. Parking was easy. No wait in line. Overall good place to go.

The Please Touch Museum is an absolute gem for families. Housed in the stunning Memorial Hall—built in 1876 for the first U.S. World’s Fair (the Centennial Exposition)—the setting alone is breathtaking. Inside, the museum delivers nonstop hands-on fun and learning, from the kid-sized grocery store to the always-popular Rubber Ducky Wave Zone. My kids can’t get enough of the Alice in Wonderland maze and exhibit, and riding the beautifully ornate carousel is always a highlight. The traveling exhibits have been fantastic as well, with Dino Train being a standout. This is a must-visit Philadelphia destination for families with young children. Membership is worth it.

We drove from central NJ and parked near the entrance to save the $19 for parking in the designated parking lot. The museum is big and offers a bunch of activities for children. We went with our 18mo who walks and has decent vocabulary. Pros Unlimited Carousel rides all day for an additional $5.45. Our daughter loved that it didn't go to fast or have the obnoxious music these attractions often have. The grocery store is perfection super realistic but absolutely chaotic and shelves get cleared out quickly making it hard to find items to "shop" for. Either way our daughter 18mo enjoyed pushing her full cart around the muesum. Water table - while our daughter was too short, they did offer baby stools to be able to reach into the water and smocks to keep babies dry. She loved the rubber duckies and boats. Cons Price - Children over 12mo pay full price so for two adults and an 18m it was $75 which is steep. Some parents do not watch their kids who can be pushy, cut the lines, or just be unaware of their surroundings. Kids are running around everywhere so it can be very chaotic The museum is ideal for kids 2/2.5 to 4/5 We did not eat food brought our own snacks.

I went to this museum with my granddaughter on her field trip with her class. It was a very lovely museum they had a merry-go-round that we got the ride they had all kinds of things for the children to do and then they had a kitchen they had a shopping area they had a doctor's area they had a little toy ATM for the children to learn how to use ATM learn about money. It's a very nice museum. It's in Philadelphia Pennsylvania but, it was worth the ride. I recommend taking your children to this museum you won't regret it.
