My daughter and I have been going to Peaceful & Prenatal since she was just 8 weeks old. We look forward to our weekly baby & me yoga classes. Molly creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. She is also very knowledgable and offers many resources. Postpartum can be lonely and I’m truly glad I found a space where I feel safe and welcome. The community she has cultivated goes beyond a weekly yoga class🤍 I always recommend her to my loved ones who are pregnant / PP. Thanks for everything Molly!

I started going to prenatal yoga classes with Molly during my second trimester, I wish I had gone all along. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! I looked forward to the classes every week. The class is specially designed for pregnant moms of all stages and molly takes the time to listen to all participants and address their needs as well. She has created a warm and welcoming environment where women can come and be supported by her and each other. Also unique to this class is you can share the challenges you physically (and mentally and emotionally) that you are experiencing and molly will help address those with certain movements and stretches. I personally had pubic and back pains and yoga helped so much. It was also an opportunity to take an hour to focus on just me and baby. A challenge for a mom of a two year old who was working full time. I love the classes then and now as I take post natal and toddler yoga. Toddler yoga is so much fun for both me and my daughter. She loves the interact with the other kids, so stretches, dance and play. I love spending this time one on one with her and seeing her spirit come to life. Mollys studio is a beautiful room for all during all stages. Absolutely highly recommend joining!!

Mollys classes have been exactly what I needed in my pregnancy. Even though this isn’t my first I am learning more about my body, building my confidence, and taking the much needed time to focus on myself and my baby. Molly has great personalized recommendations, partner classes, focused on community, support for your birth plan, and has fantastic connections within the birthing community. I cannot recommend her classes enough and I am excited to join with my baby!

Molly is one of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met and is such a great resource for all things prenatal, postpartum, and parenting. We have attended her baby, toddler, and family classes and going is always a highlight of our week. We can’t recommend Peaceful and Prenatal enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Molly and Peaceful and Prenatal. I started taking prenatal yoga because I knew it was important to do something for myself during my pregnancy, and I was absolutely blown away by my first class. I ended up going almost every Sunday throughout my pregnancy. In fact, I even got my neighbor to join once we both entered our second trimesters! I started attending when Molly’s practice was in Plantsville, but her new studio is absolutely gorgeous—and the best part? No stairs! Molly is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met. She truly cares about the well-being of every person who walks through her door. When I was just three weeks away from my due date, Molly came up to me after class to check in. I shared that things weren’t going as I had originally planned with my birth plan, and she was there for me in that moment. Molly listened, validated my feelings, and helped me process everything I was going through. After my daughter was born, I reached out to Molly for recommendations on pelvic floor physical therapy, lactation consultations, and support for sleep regression. She has always provided me with helpful information and resources, and she even checked in on me after the birth. It meant so much to know she genuinely cared and was there for me, even after the baby came. I’ve only had the chance to attend one postpartum class due to my husband and my schedule, but Molly made the experience so easy. At the time, my little girl was just 4 months old and wide awake during the class. Molly kindly offered to help with my daughter so I could focus on myself, and it was such a relief. I never once felt like my daughter was being disruptive because Molly was there to help, which was such a weight off my shoulders. Not only do these classes give you the chance to do something for yourself and your baby, but they also provide you with an incredible community that Molly has thoughtfully built. Thank you so much, Molly, for everything you do. You are such an amazing person, and I’m so grateful to have met you. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without those prenatal classes.
