I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Juliana and Pacer Physical Therapy for compassionate, personalized care that supports both body and mind. I have been working with Dr. Juliana for over four years. She is an expert in her field and always makes me feel heard, seen, and safe. I first came to her for physical therapy. With her guidance, my injuries healed completely, and I could begin fitness training under her coaching. This was incredibly rewarding because of the trust we built and her deep understanding of my body and goals. I am grateful for the lasting, positive impact Dr. Juliana has had on my health and well-being!

Very grateful to Juliana and her team! Juliana is truly amazing at what she does. As someone who loves to be active, pregnancy and the postpartum journey was unexpected and to be honest really frustrating. I am so grateful to have met Juliana. It makes you realize that what you are experiencing is so normal for so many women and that there is a path forward to full recovery. If you have any reservations, please remember that this form of therapy should really just be the care you deserve during pregnancy and after baby. I know Juliana cares deeply about this, she not only is a great practitioner but is genuinely trying to standards of care in our community. Juliana thinks about my body in a holistic manner. She has become my go-to all around PT. My husband heard me rave about her so much that now he sees her too.

I worked with Dr. Amy Francis after I had my second baby and also participated in the Mommy and Me bootcamp. I can't say enough good things about Pacer! The environment is so welcoming and supportive, and the staff are so knowledgeable and make you feel at ease immediately. Dr. Amy met me where I was at with each of my issues and provided a tailored action plan that worked with my busy schedule and my budget. I loved working out with other moms in the Mommy and Me bootcamp too - what an amazing way to get a good workout and connect with other moms (and it forces you out of the house in those newborn days). I wish every woman was able to access care like that provided by Pacer - paying attention to women's pelvic health as it is so connected to so much of how we move and live. If you are suffering from physical postpartum symptoms of any kind, there's a good chance Pacer can help you with it. I loved working with Dr. Amy and everyone else there seems awesome too.

I recently visited Juliana, a physical therapist, for a last-minute appointment to address my shoulder stiffness. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Juliana quickly assessed my shoulder and explained the causes of my stiffness in an easy-to-understand way. She provided targeted stretches, gentle manual therapy, and clear instructions for exercises I could continue at home. I noticed significant relief after the session and appreciated her ability to accommodate me on such short notice. Overall, my experience with Juliana was excellent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of effective and compassionate physical therapy care.
