Outside the Box | Los Angeles County, CA

Outside the Box offers developmental classes for babies and young children with a parent or caregiver, held at mobile/satellite locations after the closure of its Woodland Hills site. Classes are grouped by age: Younger Baby (8 weeks-8 months) covers stretching, infant massage, and sensory stimulation focused on bonding; Older Baby (8-16 months) and Toddler (walking to 36 months) include social learning, gross motor activities, and Keys of Knowledge exercises. Separate sensory classes cover messy play and a Light Sensory class using light tables and glow-in-the-dark equipment, with parental supervision required. A Young Children's class (3-6 years) covering Brain Gym, arts/crafts, and fine motor skills exists but is not currently offered.
